>>100622thats why I say the toxicity of imageboards fsr outweigh that of Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, InstaGram, or FaceBook.
Imageboards have one to five percent the number of users compared to mainstream social media so since its all mostly the "same" people, sentiments are magnified.
Lets not forget that 4chan was responsible for CP and grooming in the old days.
Alot of imageboards always wanna hearken back to "le good ol days" but its just remembering recycled old memes and all they talk about is just watching TV and eating junk food.
I hate to say it but theres reason why imageboards are looked down upon.
Say what you want about manstream social media but at least the peoppe on their have more activites going on in their lives even if they seem superficial at first.
Theyre less vindictive than imageboards.
